POLICIES:

Delivery Time
Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. Delivery will usually be within 7 business days, unless ordering the RRP Home Training Program, which includes free express delivery.

Returning Merchandise *
We stand behind our products and realize that sometimes you may want to return an order. Merchandise can be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt. There will be no exceptions. The 30 day period is defined as, the day you received your order until the day we receive the returned package. You will receive a full refund of the purchase amount and tax, minus the original shipping and handling fees, provided ALL the products received are returned in the same condition as they were received by you and the workbooks have not been written in. Whatever is not returned, the replacement cost will be deducted prior to the refund being applied. The credit will appear on your original method of payment. . The Tele-Boot Camp requires that you have executed your free phone session with Dr. Guy.

*NOTE: Our return policy does not apply to Downloads since there is nothing to return back to us.

Warranty on Product
If the product you purchased is defective or damaged upon it's arrival, you may request a replacement free of charge. If you damage the product, replacement products are available for individual purchase.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address - the address your credit card provider has on file for you, when ordering. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Sales tax is applied to all orders shipped to Georgia.
